Mon Influence sur la Culture Francaise

My influence of Charles de Gaulle on French culture is one founded in the remarkable achievements I made during my life time and my enduring role as a symbol of French nationalism. After a large portion of France was conquered by the Germans in WWII, I was able to act as a rallying point for a defeated people. Later on, I was a voice of reason amidst the political turmoil and chaos that was the FourthFrenchRepublic. My impact can still be seen today in French culture through iconic structures such as the Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris and the Charles de Gaulle aircraft carrier.

The actions I took during World War 2 are one of the main reasons the French people hold me in such high esteem. After Germany took control of Northern France and the Vichy French government signed a treaty with them I fled to England in order to carry on the fight against the Nazis. There I gave a historic address asking for all French nationals from around the world to come and fight for the Free French Army. I would later go into Paris alongside General George Patton.

After the War, I served as a leader in a temporary French government, but quit politics due to the idiotic policies instituted by my colleagues. After that government was removed from power after a large mess up regarding Algeria, the FifthRepublic was founded, and I was one of the framers of the constitution as well as the first president. Although my policies as president were often disliked by other countries, they endeared me to the people and gave them a new sense of national pride.

Nice job but it seemed a little short? Well the visuals and the format make up for that, good job.

Good, although like Daniel Chen said, it seems to be a little short, and at some places the text size randomly changes. Other than that, you included all the information you had to, although you could have added more.
Good work. :D

As others say, although it is a bit short as a whole, the impact on French culture, which is important, is well written.
