We have hit triple platinum on our first album, and we try to please everyone with our style of music. We also have set up the Simple Plan foundation, which gives back to the community, helps the sick, and overall tries to make the world a better place.

Mon Influence sur la Culture Francaise
As a band, we have the oppurtunity to travel all around the world and see several places. Although we are french-canadian, we still enjoy going to France and talking to all the people there. Whenever we do this, it surprises us how much influence we have on the French culture. French teens come up to us and are just as excited to see us as any other teen who enjoys our music. It just shows that music is universal, wherever we go. Even today, several of our supporters are from France, and whenever we check our message boards there is always someone telling us to come to France and play a show. These type of comments keep us energized and ready to go, because we feel that as long as our fans are happy, then we are happy. Several of our fans tell us that we are one of the only bands that continue to play the old school punk-rock music, and that's exactly what we aim to do.
Here's a Video of us playing
As you can see, the crowd is going crazy for us and as long as that happens in shows, then we're ok with where we are. Another surprising fact is that a lot of members in the Simple Plan Foundation are from France. They are willing to pay the money and donate so that people around the world can live better lives, and that just touches each of our hearts. It just shows that the French people don't always have to be stereotypically "angry" at tourists and outsiders, because deep down, they are caring, loving people just like anyone else.
France is a wonderful country, and we believe that we have sufficiently done a good job to ensure recognition of us and why were do what we do. The french language is a great skill to have, and without out, we don't know where we would be. The French culture is not only influenced by our music, but also by our views and standpoints on the world as it is.

Very well done page. All the information is put very well. The paragraphs on the influence on French Culture are written extremely well. All the videos are very relevant as well. Good Job!
WOO! I like Simple Plan. It's interesting how you were one of the only people to choose a modern day group of people. I like this, it's very imformative and well written.
AWESOME!!

I like how you made it about a band instead of a person. Very original. All the information is relevant and it seems like you put effort into it.
