Looking back at my presidential career, I had to wear several "hats."  Wearing these different "hats," these were my most significant achievements and failures:

 Commander-in-Chief

  • I destroyed the nuclear arms that caused a threat to this world with the help of Gorbachev. Also I tried to stop the spreading of communism by helping the Contras fight the Nicaragua and Afghanis fight the Soviet.

Chief Executive

  •  As a Chief Executive though many people thought I lacked knowledge and capability of being a president I was a great speaker and influenced many people’s minds. I maintained my highly popular in the publics views as I tried to portray a good image. Also, I elected the first woman Chief Justice, Sandra Day O'Connor.

Chief Diplomat

Ceremonial Head of State

  •  As the Ceremonial Head of State, I tried my best to console my country and people during the terrible time of the Challenger incident.

Manager of the Economy

  •

I cut taxes to help the lower and middle class which increased employment rate. I used the money from the taxes to increase military defenses due to this there was a deficit.

Party Leader

  • I was very greatly supported and liked by my party since I was elected three times during Presidential election as a Republican candidate. As a party leader, I solved the problems and issues in the California Republican Party.

National Leader

  •  They called me the, “Great Communicator” for I always interacted with the people in our country and caught their attention by talking to them through TV. Through this people liked me a lot better as I always kept them informed and showed them that I cared.

Favorite Quote About Me by a Famous Historian:

  • "History will give Reagan great credit for standing for principles." (George H. W. Bush)
  • "President Reagan was a formidable political campaigner, who provided ... unshakeable beliefs and was able to express them effectively, both in America and abroad." (Jimmy Carter)

Fun Facts:

  • I was one of the few presidents that was deeply loved by everyone else.
  • Nancy and I were also such much in love that we often wrote love letters across the room.

Positive Political Cartoon

Reaganomics was an ideal economic policy that cut taxes and used a trickle down theory.

Negative Political Cartoon

Reagan is displayed as an undesicive man stuck between a political party and everyone else.
