About Me:
I was born in Texas and raised in Kansas as a boy. I was one of the greatest military leaders (or so they say) and the 34th President of the United States of America. Inspired by one of my best friends who was going to West Point, I also won an attendance to West Point. Although my mother had strong religious beliefs that made her a pacifist, she never even tried to stop my military dreams. I was nominated the commanding general of the European Theater of Operations. I was known as a very reliable officer and I commanded more than three million men, and represented more than a dozen nations. I later became one of the only two generals to be 5 starred. After I returned home after the war, in 1947, I served as the president of Columbia University. In 1948, there was a strong movement to nominate me for presidency ( the United Sataes of America ), however, I made myself unavailable. Afterward, I was elected as the 34th President of the United States of America from the years of 1953 - 1961.
