About Me:
I was born to a grocer in 1913. I grew up on a small lemon farm in Yorba Linda, California. As a young boy I learned to be a hard working man by working on the farm with my five brothers.. In 1940 I attempted my own frozen orange juice company with two other buisnessmen, sadly, the company did not last longer than two years. Ever since then I have been interested in law and politics.

- I had outstanding grades at Whittier College and Duke University Law School, where I began practicing law. After my graduation I returned to Whittier College where I joined the law firm of Kroop and Bewley. Throught my career in law I joined several other law firms. I won the Harvard Award for best all around student. I also recieved the Interscholastic Federation Gold Seal Award for scholasrship. I was also voted General Manger and President for the Student Body in 1930 and 1934. During my college career I recieved a scholarship to Duke Law School.

- Favorite T.V. Shows were baseball and football. I was a proud member of the Barnaby Jones Fan Club.

- My ideal breakfast is a poached egg and corned beef hash for breakfast.
- My favorite color is blue, because it matches my eyes.

During my stint as president, the political, social and economic factors and challenges that I had to deal with (at home) included:
Political
- I passed the Selective Service System which required a lotter draw for American Soldiers during the Vietnam War.
- During my presidency the legal age of voting became 18.
- I passed the revenue- sharing plans which provided federal funds for state and local governments.
Social

I started the 'war on Cancer" and bringing about peaceful, racial unity in the public school system in the south.

On July 20 1969, I gave formally addressed Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin on their historic moon walk on Apollo 11.
Economic
- I tried to improve the economy in the U.S. by temporarily freezing wages on prices on the devaluation of the dollar.
- I reduced the highway speed limit to 55 mph to conserve on gasoline prices.
During my stint as president, the political, social and economic factors and challenges that I had to deal with (abroad) included:
Political
- Started the foundation fot the process to Mideast peace and attempted to persue domestic initiatives that involved founding the Enviornmental Protection Agency.
- He created the Nixon Doctrine which traded American Soldiers with Vietnamese soldiers. After a few years the number of American troops began decreasing greatly until 1973 when there were barely any U.S. soldiers left in America.

I opened the doors with China, where I established a policy of detente with the Soviet Union.

I opened talks with the Southern Vietnamese leader Nguyen Van Thieu. Me and several other American Commanders met together and worked on ending the war.

I also addressed the topic of universal nuclear peace.
Economic
- After the on going Yom Kippur War the members of the Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries decided that they would not provide allies of Israel. This created problems for the U.S. because now I had to deal with the 1973 oil crisis. I had to resolve this issue by doing everything in my power to conserve gasoline and oil.
Looking back at my presidential career, I had to wear several "hats." Wearing these different "hats," these were my most significant achievements and failures:
Commander-in-Chief
I helped the United States out of the Vietnam War.
Chief Executive
I negotiated a major arms limitation treaty (SALT) with the Soviet Union and so I opened a new era in our relations with China in my triumphal visit in 1972.
In addition I helped the watergate crisis and invented the Price and Wage Control
Chief Diplomat
I have always held good contact with China and I was always hihgly engaged with the Prime Minister of the Soviet Union.
Ceremonial Head of State
I was engaged in the Tripartite Diplomacy where South Korea, Japan and us (the United States) made an agreement to help protect South Korea from North Korea
Manager of the Economy
I created the created the Environmental Protection Agency and invented the Price and Wage Controls to keep the United States under control.
Party Leader
As a responsible Party Leader, I proudly helped the Rebublican Party (GOP) in 1972. Through my help they could escape some of the damage the Watergate has caused.
National Leader
I, as a president always tried to keep America clean of wars and tried to keep peace everywhere. In addition, I understood that we needed to be in peace with the Vietnam so we can prosper again.
