Mon Influence sur la Culture Francaise

Napoleon was portrayed as a power-hungry conqueror, Napoleon believed in 'rule for the people' but not in 'rule by the people'. He was an advocate of centralization of power. He had a huge impact on the french culture. His power was one on the first steps that provoked him to expand the empire. The Culture of France would have never been the same without him. His hunger for power and desire for more victories made him embark on a campaign to the Middle eastern countries of Egypt and Syria. Egyptian campaign had a great cultural impact on the French culture.

French was a nice happy culture which had no problems whatsoever. Untill Napoleon came, French known for its romance and people lived happily. Napoleon showed everone the real world, a world of war with violence and terror, he urged everyone to stay sharp and to be ready for attack. Although this terrified the french, it helped them. Not all of the thing Napoleon has done are good. Like, the British forces were making their presence felt in other parts of Europe such as Portugal. The Russians, started destroying the local resources that the French soldiers would possibly use leaving them in a dire situation of starvation and apathy. More and more people were turned into warriors and were prepared for life. But after his death, evrything came back to normal.

He went on to defend the state from counter revolutionary forces, which earned him promotion to the higher order. He made the most of this opportunity, and made a niche for himself in the hearts of the people of France. This made France a much stronger place in the society. Because Napoleon expanded his empire to Egypt and Syria, their culture had an impact on French Clture. Some of their ideas merged and some did not. Napoleon was a great man, without him France would never be the same.

Good work on the page overall, but what specifically did Napoléon contribute to French culture in terms of the military? Did he have any major victories or other acheivements?

It seems that you know a lot about this person. Your conclusion paragraph said that France would never be the same without him. This I like and you probably put a lot of time into this

You also have nice complete sentences, and credible sources, but a little bore info would be nice.

Very nice job, you have some good pictures and the youtube video is also well chosen! Nice sources, however , I think the culture paragraph is supposed to be 3 paragraph instead of the 2 you have, although all the information needed was present.
