Details Personnels:

My father was a general under Napoleon so I traveled as a boy from place to place with him. It was not until later that I lived with my mother for most of my life. When I was twenty I married my childhood sweetheart and we settled down in Paris not far from my mother. My life and I had 4 children and we were content. I began to voice my opinions that challenged the traditional Catholic church and began to write poems and novels.

When Nepoleon III was brought into power I was exiled for my disturbences with my belief in free thought. This lead to 19 years in exile until my death in 1885. While in exile I continued to write and I never gave up my beliefs.

I was an encredible artist and made over 4,000 drawings in my life time. Here are a few:

Musique:

Although I did not compose music, or play it in anyway, I was able to make my mark by working with my friends listed bellow. I was even able to inspire a friend, Louise Bertin to write a piece in her opera about one of the characters from The Hunchback of Notre Dame.

Personnage que je voudrais rencontrer et pourquoi:

Andrew Loyd Webber because although we have experienced different times or good and trials he also has the gift of poetry and lyrics that have made him famous world wide.

George Orwel because he was able to challenge others with his different ideas and was able to enlighten many people and "rock the boat" so to speak.

Citation Memorable:

Music expresses that which can not be said and on which it is impossible to be silent.

Adversity makes men, and prosperity makes monsters.

-- Victor Hugo (1802-1885)

Mon Influence sur la Culture Francaise

My contributions to the society in France in the 19th century shaped french culture in more ways than one. My passions in life were my politics, art, influence in music, and my writting. These made mumerous impacts on the culture of France that makes it unique and important.

My politics changed the ways that so many people thought because when I was elected to the Académie française in 1841I began to spread my views of the fight for the "romantic evolution". Though my election was cut short when Nopoleon III cam into power I changed the views of some of the people of France, making that much more of a difference.

My writting has inspired so many and tells the truth about france. The purpose of Les Mis, is to show the realization of France. This has influenced the view of France as a whole and has enriched our culture with a new interpretation of what is really surrounding them. My novel Note-Dame de Paris brought fame across the globe to the name sake chathedrale in Paris. This has raised awareness of the great architecture present in France.

My artwork has changed French culture because again my new outlook on different subjects helps to give diversity to the artwork that people see. This gives a chance for people to understand things on a new level and helps to universally show that not everything is as it seems.

Fact:

Although I was married and I had my children I also had a mistress, but all of them died before me. I was left alone in my exile to live and write until my death.
